I ordered the LANG Heart & Home 2009 wall calendar and what I received was a miniature wall calendar. That was not listed in the description at all, so after waiting 10 days to receive it, I couldn't use it in my wall calendar frame. Very disappointing and frustrated and then when I tried to contact them for a refund - their email address did not work. I lost my money and got stuck with a miniature calendar and had to order the correct one directly from LANG.

If I had known it was a mini calendar I would never have ordered it. I was very disappointed with this calendar because I thought I was ordering a full sized calendar to fit in a calendar frame. What I received was a mini calendar. I did decide to keep it, because I didn't want to pay to send it back. They did offer me a very small refund.
